Former Huddersfield Town goalkeeper
Huddersfield Town's season started earlier than most with their EFL Cup
win over Sheffield Wednesday last Sunday, so we've been able to see some of the
new gs and I was impressed. It's made me more confident for the season
going forward.
With strikers like Jordan Rhodes, Danny Ward and Fraizer
Campbell, if they can find the back of the net that'll be important.
But the biggest task is arguably at the back, with Levi Colwill, Matty Pearson, Tom Lees and Naby Sarr
to choose from. Town conceded the most goals in the league last season, so it's
going to be a big job for the back four.
Danel Sinani has come in on loan from
Norwich, and he looks like a playmaker, so he's going to have to provide for
the forwards. There's a lot of cogs that need to work together. But I think
they'll keep more clean sheets and keep the scorelines down, so I think we're
looking more like a mid-table side, with no real threat of relegation.
