In July 2010, the German cyclist Jens Voigt crashed while descending a mountain in the Pyrenees during the Tour De . With his bike destroyed and his team cars a long way up the road, Voigt borrowed a child’s bike and rode the next 15 kilometres on it. He talks to Ashley Byrne.
